We are looking shooting for prices ranging from $5-10 a month per county. Obviosly that is a very reasonable price considering the profits that can be generated from a single lead.

Since our ultimate goal is to provide a service for homeowner that is either in foreclosure, or needs to sell their house fast, we will not offer exclusive jurisdiction. But will place a limit on the amount of investors per county.

We feel this is the best way to service our distress property sellers, while providing a service to the real estate investor buying house for cash, hard money or other form of creative financing.
